No Secrets—Sexual Abuse Prevention
No Secrets is Imagination Theater’s grant funded performance that teaches personal body safety and sexual abuse prevention. The show is a safe, fun, and interactive way to help children distinguish between a safe touch and an unsafe touch, and teaches them what to do if they ever get the “uh-oh” feeling. The performances (for K-2 and 3-5) are part of a day-long program which offers follow-up classroom discussions and ‘safe room’ counseling, provided by RVA, for children who have personal body safety concerns. Our team of counselors and educators provide students and staff with assistance in dealing with any private disclosures or difficult situations.
This year No Secrets has been generously funded for CPS Schools by The O’Shaughnessy Foundation and private donors.
